What does No. 11 actually do? +
I help independent businesses across East London (E11, E18, E7, E17 mostly) get found by people searching for what they sell. That usually means a small fast website, a properly set up Google Business Profile, content the search engines and AI assistants can read, and ads when they make sense. Three monthly tiers, fixed prices, no surprise invoices.
Is the free audit really free? +
Yes. It takes me about an hour to put together for any business in the area. I do it because the audit is honest about three things you could fix yourself this week, alongside three things I would do for you if you wanted a hand. Some people read it, do the free fixes, and never get in touch again. That is fine.
How long does the audit take to arrive? +
Within 48 hours of you filling in the form. I read your form properly, walk past your shop where I can, and put the audit together myself. Posted through your letterbox if you are local, or in your inbox otherwise.
How much does it cost if I want to work together? +
Three monthly packages at fixed prices, no surprise invoices. Each one is shaped around where a business actually is: getting found for the first time, building paid channels on top of that, or running across multiple channels at once. Ad spend is paid by you direct to Google or Meta, never marked up. Thirty days notice either side. Exact figures live inside your audit, where I can match a package to where you actually are.
Do you run paid ads, or only organic search? +
Both. The smaller end of what I do focuses on getting found organically. As things grow, paid ads on Google or Meta come into the mix, set up, written, and tested by me. You pay the platforms directly for ad spend, never through me. I run ads where they earn back, and I will tell you when they will not.
Do you make the ad copy and images, or do I supply them? +
I write the copy and design the basic creative myself. Headlines, descriptions, image concepts, simple cuts of your existing photography. When bespoke photography or video is worth the spend, I bring in people I have worked with for years. Most independents do better with honest photos of the actual place than with stock art, and I will always say so.
Once it is running, do you keep optimising? +
Yes. Optimisation is the ongoing part. Each month I review what is working, change what is not, and report it back in plain English on the first of the month. No black box, no jargon, no vanity metrics. If something stops earning back, I pause it and tell you why.
What if I already have a website? +
The audit looks at the one you have, and the recommendations work either way. If your site is holding you back, I will say so and we can rebuild it as part of an engagement. If it is fine, it stays. Most existing sites need polishing, not replacing.
How will I know it is working? +
You get a monthly report by email on the first of every month: profile views, calls, direction requests, where people found you, what they searched. Plain English, no dashboards to log into. Quarterly I also check whether ChatGPT and Perplexity surface you for the searches that matter.
Where are you based? +
Wanstead.
Will I be tied into a long contract? +
No. Monthly retainers run on 30 days notice from either side. If something is not working, you should be able to leave easily. The website and your Google Business Profile stay yours regardless.
Can I see examples of work? +
I can share two or three case studies on a call, with permission from the businesses involved. I do not publish a public portfolio because most of the work is behind the scenes (Google profiles, schema markup, ad campaigns) and screenshots of those tell you very little.
